The God we Can Know
Getting to know God means getting to know ourselves. The more we know who God is the more we know who we are. The Gospel of John records several declarations of Jesus known as the “I Am” sayings. This 7-week study is designed to explore each of those sayings and will help you to reflect on the most essential question in the Christian faith, "Who do you say I am?"
Celebration of Discipline
This class will explore the "classic Disciplines," or central spiritual practices of the Christian faith. Along the way, Foster shows how through these practices spiritual growth can be found. Foster demonstrates how these Disciplines can become part of our daily activities--and how they can help us shed our superficial habits and "bring the abundance of God into our lives."
Making Sense of the Bible
This study invites readers into an honest conversation about the Bible. The book begins with foundational questions such as, How and when was the Bible written? Who decided which books made it into the scriptures and why? How literally must we read it? And, Is the Bible ever wrong? Hamilton considers the real questions people frequently ask that continue to divide Christians and denominations alike.
